Yajnya consists of burning organic substances while reciting mantras to create a healing and calming environment.


Agnihotra is the simplest form of yajnya based on the rhythm of sunrise and sunset.

Daan is sharing your assets in a spirit of humility. The practice of giving with no expectation helps to let go of attachment to material things and aids in living happily.




Tapa is used to develop and discipline the body, mind, and character. It is the practice of mindfulness over your actions and desires to avoid distracting or destructive habits.






Swadhyaya is the practice of self-study. It is the personal exploration of our individual truth and place in the world.
